REGISTRATION
Teams must be 10 people max. You can have more than one team of 10
You do not need to confirm all team members until six weeks before the event.
Cost: £1,000 per team of 10, plus a minimum of £500 fundraising per team (via Enthuse).
Cost covers the site infrastructure, catering, drinks and entertainment for all team members on the day.
Once you have registered, someone will be in touch to arrange payment for the team cost and the team leader will be sent a link to set-up their Enthuse page so their team can start fundraising for Nordoff and Robbins.
We want everyone to be able to take part in Music Mudder, and understand not everyone can find 10 people to join a team, which means individuals or smaller companies then can’t take part. Therefore we have introduced the option of paying an entry fee of £100per person (raising a minimum of £250 for Nordoff and Robbins ) The entrance fee includes food, drinks, entertainment on the day and use of the shuttle service. Remember, all funds raised go directly to more people having access to music therapy.
ON THE DAY
We advise arriving onsite by 9.00am to drop your belongings at the bag drop and warm up.
The first teams will be starting the course at 11am.
The starts will be staggered dependent on how fast each team thinks they can finish it.
The event will be very wet and muddy - please make sure you bring a towel and warm clothes to change into. There will be showers and changing facilities on site.
There will be water points all around the site, and we encourage people to bring reusable water bottles.

We encourage teams to bring supporters!

Lucy Putman, Agent, THE·TEAM, said: “Since 2019, Music Mudder has raised over £300,000 for Nordoff and Robbins, something we’re immensely proud of. After four years at the same location, we thought it was time for a change. The Nuclear Races course will challenge those who take on Music Mudder every year with new obstacles, giving newcomers a chance to take on seasoned Music Mudder pros. See you in the mud in September!”
Sandy Trappitt, Director of Fundraising, Nordoff and Robbins, said: “We’re so pleased to be partnering with THE·TEAM to bring Music Mudder back for 2026. It’s a great way for Nordoff and Robbins to engage with the next generation of music industry leaders with our mission, while raising much needed funds for our life-changing music therapy services, training and research. We can’t wait to see what the new course brings and most importantly, how muddy everyone is going to get.”
